I do not think I ever had much choice in becoming a holistic therapist ... it's always felt like a calling.
From the age of seven, I found myself instinctively massaging the feet of loved ones, drawn to the healing power of touch.

I was fortunate to train in 2002 with the incredible Phillip Salmon and Anna Jeoffries in Hammersmith. Soon after completing my course, I became pregnant myself – and as if by divine design, many of my early clients were also expecting. It felt like a clear sign, and I decided to specialise in pregnancy reflexology.

I absolutely love my work and feel deeply privileged to witness the restorative power of reflexology in my clients’ lives. I'm an established member of the Association of Reflexologists and have completed a series of advanced reflexology courses, allowing me to offer truly bespoke treatments tailored to your individual needs.

A member of the Association of Reflexologists with a particular focus on maternity and postnatal clients, bringing over 20 years of dedication to provide luxurious, nurturing care throughout pregnancy and recovery.
